HSI Properties
(www.hsi-properties.com) HSI Properties is developing 150 units of apartments in a prime location in downtown Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. HSI hired WiRED to act as their lead development consultant and owner’s representative through the design and development process.

MIAD (www.miad.edu)
The Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design hired WiRED to create a Request for Proposal and solicit proposals for the development of a new student dormitory. The RFP resulted in eleven proposals, and WiRED is acting as MIAD’s owner’s representative through the development process.

Steiner + Associates (www.steiner.com) are developers of new town centers and lifestyle centers and are pioneers in new urban “retail place-making.” WiRED provides Steiner + Associates full service multifamily consulting nationally.

Pabst Farms Development, Inc. (www.pabstfarms.com) is Developer of a 1,500 acre master planned community in Oconomowoc, WI. WiRED Properties was lead consultant in the development of 144 condominium homes and WiRED Construction is the General Contractor.
